Modern tools now allow us to explore these structures with new precision. As we illustrate and observe detailed geometry, deeper levels of clarity, coherence, and awareness become available. Geometry becomes more than a visual language — it becomes an experience.

How it began
IONFIELD began quietly — at a table filled with sketches, paints, candles, and evolving geometric forms.
What started as a personal creative practice became a way of understanding how geometry influences mood, clarity, and the energy of a space.
As I drew and layered patterns, I noticed how certain structures could shift my inner state.
These shapes carried a kind of presence — subtle, yet almost alive.
This discovery grew into a question:
What if these geometries could support people in their everyday environments, not just on a sketchbook page?
I began experimenting — integrating geometry into objects, textiles, and visual compositions. Slowly, the work formed its own identity… its own field.
That field became IONFIELD.
A way to translate subtle harmony into physical form.
A way to bring coherence into the spaces we inhabit.
A way to let geometry speak.
This is where it began.

Meet Martin
The founder of IONFIELD
Martin is an artist from Finland with Estonian roots.
His work is shaped by years of exploring how pattern, culture, and inner practice influence perception.
Across these experiences, geometry emerged as a clear thread — a universal way of expressing harmony and structure.
This became the foundation for IONFIELD:
a desire to bring coherent geometry into everyday environments to gently uplift the spaces we live in and move through.
ION + FIELD
ION - An ion is a charged atom or molecule ready of interact with its environment. Within this project, each design functions like an ION: a concentrated point of coherent geometry.
FIELD - As the ION's spread, they create a subtle field. A quiet presence of pattern that can influence mood, perception, and the atmosphere of a room.
Each placement strengthens this field — extending the reach of the geometries and their ability to gently support the environments they inhabit.
This is the essence behind the name IONFIELD — a growing field of harmonic geometry moving through the world, inviting subtle shifts in shared perception.
Collective field
IONFIELD began as a personal exploration, but the field it creates is inherently collective.
